On-Site, In-House, or Online, we offer daily, weekly, and monthly courses at our facility or we can easily come to you in order to conduct the training...you decide!
How we can help
ASC Safety Training courses and programs are definitely relevant to you and/or your company no matter which industry you are in, and typically, compliance can be accomplished with as little as a few hours of training.
Employees and/or contractors with the appropriate training are an essential component of a successful
business. The most productive employees are commonly those who receive training and those employees
often have a leading stake in the company’s future by getting them involved and keeping them motivated.
In a perfect situation, a company would be able to hire people who already have the correct experience, skills,
and knowledge their business needs, but in today’s competitive labor market the demand for these types of
workers is much higher than the supply.
The most valuable asset that any company has is its people, and training those people is simply one of the
most valuable investments you can put into your company! Training not only equips your employees with the
desired professional skills, but also demonstrates to everyone your investment in their future.

What are the Training Requirements for your line of work? How often do you need training? What training
does your company need to be compliant?
Many OSHA standards explicitly require employers to train employees in the safety and health aspects of
their specific job(s). Other OSHA standards make it the employer's responsibility to limit certain job
assignments to employees who are "certified," "competent," or "qualified." Employers are required to
ensure their work force has received the appropriate training and are qualified to perform assigned tasks.
