Forklift Operator - Powered Industrial Trucks

Description
The purpose of this course is to instruct" tudents to assist the employer in regulatory compliance and employee" afety. The operators will have a clear understanding of the" afe operating rules of powered industrial trucks, inspections maintenance. The operator will demonstrate the proficiency to obtain the employers certification to operate the vehicle. Key areas of" kill and performance include;

- Pass a written exam with a" core of 80 per cent correct

- Fork and attachment adaptation, operation, and use limitations

- Refueling and/or charging and recharging of batteries

- Any other operating instructions, warnings, or precautions listed in the operators manual for the types of vehicle that the employee is being trained to operate
