Confined Space Attendant Service

Confined Space Attendants remain stationed outside the confined space to provide continuous monitoring and communication with Authorized Entrants. The Attendant acts as the central safety point, ensuring no unsafe conditions or behavioral hazards go unnoticed.

Confined Space Attendant Responsibilities:

• Maintain constant headcount and communication with entrants
• Monitor for changing atmospheric or physical conditions
• Prevent unauthorized personnel from entering the space
• Order entrants to evacuate if hazards arise
• Activate the rescue team or emergency response plan if needed
• Document entry activities and conditions
• Never leave the post until relieved by another qualified Attendant
