While working as a QC/QA Inspector for Conoco Phillips on a barge in Barbados, Danny had a conversation with a company HSE representative about the scarcity of good safety personnel and the growing importance of safety in the oil and gas industry. This inspired him to envision a company that could meet the demand for high-quality safety personnel and services, leading to the creation of Accurate Safety Compliance (ASC) in 2004.
