Authorized Entrants are trained personnel entering the confined space to perform the required work while following all safety procedures and maintaining communication with the Attendant.
Confined Space Entrant Responsibilities:
Follow all entry procedures and use assigned PPE correctly
Maintain communication with the Attendant at all times
Continuously evaluate conditions inside the space
Exit immediately when ordered or when hazards are detected
