Facility Safety Assessment Services

Understand Your Facility. Identify the Risks. Know What Comes Next.

A facility doesn't have to wait for an inspection, incident, or compliance issue to find out where safety gaps exist.

Our Facility Safety Assessment provides a practical, site-based evaluation of your facility to identify safety deficiencies, evaluate existing conditions, and determine what corrective actions or additional services may be needed.

Rather than starting with a one-size-fits-all checklist, we look at the facility itselfโ€”its buildings, equipment, access, emergency systems, and safety conditionsโ€”to help you understand what needs attention.

๐Ÿ”Ž  Assess the Current Condition

We evaluate the areas of your facility that are relevant to the reason for the assessment, which may include:

  • ๐Ÿงฏ Fire extinguishers and emergency equipment
  • ๐Ÿšช Emergency exits and egress conditions
  • ๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ Evacuation routes and emergency access
  • ๐Ÿฉน First aid and AED equipment
  • ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ Emergency eyewash and other emergency response equipment
  • ๐Ÿ”ฅ Fire and life safety conditions
  • โš ๏ธ General workplace safety conditions
  • ๐Ÿข Building, site, and facility-specific safety concerns

The scope of each assessment is based on your facility and the concerns you need addressed.

๐Ÿ“‹ Identify Deficiencies & Safety Gaps

We document conditions that may require attention and help distinguish between what is currently in place, what is missing, and what may need to be corrected.

Depending on the assessment, findings may include:

  • Missing or improperly located safety equipment
  • Inadequate emergency equipment coverage
  • Obstructed or unclear egress routes
  • Missing signage or identification
  • Equipment requiring service or replacement
  • Site-specific safety concerns
  • Opportunities to improve emergency preparedness

๐ŸŽฏ Determine What Needs to Happen Next

The goal isn't simply to give you a list of problems.

We use the assessment to help establish a practical path forward. Depending on the findings, recommendations may include additional inspections, equipment, mapping, training, written programs, repairs or replacement, or other safety services.

This gives you a clearer understanding of what needs to be addressed, why it matters, and what the next step should be.

๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ From Assessment to Action

A Facility Safety Assessment can identify needs that lead into other ASC services, including:

  • Emergency Evacuation Route Planning & Mapping
  • Fire Extinguisher Services
  • Emergency Equipment Management
  • Facility Audit & Inspection
  • Emergency Action Plans
  • Safety Training
  • Industrial Hygiene Services
  • Safety Consulting

Your assessment can stand on its own or serve as the starting point for a larger safety improvement project.

๐Ÿข Built Around Your Facility

Every facility is different. A single-location office, apartment property, manufacturing facility, construction operation, or multi-building campus can have very different safety needs.

That's why our assessments are site-specific and scope-driven. We focus on the conditions and concerns relevant to your facility rather than forcing every customer through the same assessment.

โš ๏ธ Assessment vs. Audit & Inspection

A Facility Safety Assessment is designed to understand current conditions and identify safety needs.

It is different from our Facility Audit + Inspection, which is a more comprehensive, criteria-based evaluation of facility safety and compliance requirements.

If you need to understand what you have, what may be missing, and what should happen next, a Facility Safety Assessment is often the right place to start.

๐Ÿ“„ What You Receive

Depending on the scope of the assessment, your deliverables may include:

  • Facility assessment findings
  • Identified deficiencies and safety concerns
  • Photographic documentation, when applicable
  • Recommended corrective actions
  • Equipment or service recommendations
  • Supporting documentation or maps, when included in the scope
  • A clear path to address identified needs

๐Ÿ’ฐ Pricing

Simple, Scope-Based Pricing

Facility Safety Assessments start at $500.

Pricing is based on the size and scope of the assessment, including factors such as facility size, number of buildings, areas being evaluated, and the level of assessment required.

Every facility is different, so we gather information about the facility and the purpose of the assessment before establishing the final scope and price.

The $500 minimum is designed for a standard, single-facility assessment. Larger, multi-building, or more complex facilities are custom quoted based on the scope of work.

This allows us to scale the assessment to the facility without requiring customers to pay for a full Facility Audit + Inspection when a focused assessment is what they need.

Travel, additional site visits, or specialized services may be quoted separately when applicable.

Assessment pricing may vary based on:

  • ๐Ÿข Number of buildings
  • ๐Ÿ“ Facility square footage
  • ๐Ÿฌ Number of floors
  • โš™๏ธ Facility operations and hazards
  • ๐Ÿ“‹ Areas and conditions to be evaluated
  • ๐Ÿ“„ Documentation or reporting requirements
  • ๐Ÿ“ Location and travel requirements
  • โฑ๏ธ Estimated time required to complete the assessment

The information you provide helps us determine the appropriate scope and price before the assessment begins.

$500 is the minimum assessment price. Additional time, travel, or services may be quoted separately when required by the scope.
