Equipment Checks will be performed daily at no charge if you have a Safety Supervisor on site, or once a week at no charge except mileage, unless otherwise requested. All equipment checks are documented. Safety Supervisors complete daily reports and maintain sign in/sign out sheets. All Respiratory equipment is MSA.
