Course Overview


The OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Training is a comprehensive program designed for supervisors, managers, and safety personnel who are responsible for workplace safety and health programs in general industry settings such as manufacturing, healthcare, warehousing, and distribution.

Upon successful completion, participants will receive an OSHA 30-Hour General Industry course completion card issued by OSHA’s Outreach Training Program.


Certificates and cards are digitally stored in each student’s Training Passport for compliance and auditing purposes.


Evaluation


Students will be evaluated through:


  • Participation in discussions and case studies.
  • Scenario-based exercises and hazard identification activities.
  • A final knowledge assessment with a minimum passing score of 80%.


Prerequisites


No prior OSHA certification is required. General knowledge of workplace operations or prior safety training is recommended.
